Pat Cullen


Pat Cullen is of counsel to the insurance defense law firm of Rollins, Smalkin, Richards & Mackie in Baltimore.

He is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland and the University of Notre Dame Law School.

During the Vietnam era he served a three year tour of active duty with the Judge advocate General’s Corp as a prosecutor of General Court Martials. He and his wife raise and show golden retrievers. Golf and yard work are favorite past times as are coaching grandchildren in basketball and golf.

Mr. Cullen is the father of three children and six grandchildren. He has served as President of the School Board for the Archdiocese of Baltimore. He has founded a non-profit corporation to encourage Baltimore City parents to teach their children to read. His parents were also Baltimore City school teachers and they were close personal friends of the Mullers. Mr. Cullen met the Mullers well over fifty years ago.
